In an ideal world, the team could schedule a user interview as the last part of the workshop, so that they can observe a person reacting to their ideas. But you’re right: there are steps that happen before the actual workshop (listen to real users) and after the actual workshop (test it with users). I will have a think on how to make this more clear 🙏
